Scheduling & Pricing
How much does dog poop pickup cost?
Recurring service starts at $22 to $105 per visit depending on how often you want us, based on one dog and a standard 1/8 acre yard. Weekly starts at $25 per visit and twice a month starts at $45 per visit. A one-time cleanup starts at $105, covering the first 60 minutes for up to 1/8 acre. Tell us your yard size and how many dogs you have and you get an instant quote.
How often do you come out?
You choose: twice weekly, weekly, twice a month or monthly. Weekly is the most popular for most households. You can change the frequency later if things change.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts. Recurring service continues while it is useful to you and stops when you say so.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely through the client portal. Recurring service is billed there, and one-time cleanups are prepaid before the visit.
What is an initial cleanup and is it extra?
An initial cleanup is the first visit for new recurring customers and is included in your first invoice. It covers up to 30 minutes, and any remaining buildup continues to be removed during your scheduled recurring visits until the yard meets our service standard.
Do you charge more for more dogs or a bigger yard?
Yes. Pricing is based on the number of dogs, the size of the yard and how often we visit, which is why the quote asks for all three.
General
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all! As long as we have clear access and your pets are secured, you don't need to be home. We'll even send you a photo after each visit to confirm the gate is secure.
Can my dog be outside during the service?
For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that pets be kept indoors during your scheduled visit. This helps our technicians work efficiently without distractions.
What if there's bad weather on my service day?
We scoop year round, including in light rain. If there is heavy snow, a storm or otherwise unsafe conditions, we skip that visit and pick up again on your next scheduled one. We do not dig through snow or ice, so anything buried waits until it can be reached safely.
What happens to the waste you collect?
It is double bagged and placed in your own outdoor trash barrel. Waste is never taken off site, so nothing is hauled around and nothing is left anywhere you did not agree to.
Are your tools cleaned between yards?
Yes. Tools are sanitized between every visit with a pet safe, kennel grade disinfectant, so nothing travels from one property to the next.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Savy Poop Pickup is licensed and insured in New Hampshire through Pet Sitters Associates, is a Better Business Bureau accredited business, and is woman-owned and operated out of Bow.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes, we work year round. We remove the waste that is visible on top of the snow and we do not dig through snow or ice, so anything frozen in stays until it can be reached safely. If conditions are genuinely unsafe we skip that visit and resume on your next scheduled one.
My yard is really bad. Is that a problem?
No. Yards get away from people for all sorts of reasons and we have seen every version of it. Tell us roughly how long it has been so we can quote the time properly, and leave the rest to us.
Recurring Pet Waste Removal
Which frequency should I choose?
Weekly suits most single and multi dog households. Twice weekly is worth it for several dogs or a small yard, and twice a month works for lighter yards or smaller dogs. You can change it if you pick wrong.
Do you scoop the whole yard or just the obvious areas?
The whole yard, including along fence lines and under shrubs where waste hides in leaf litter and pine needles.
What is the gate photo?
If your yard has a gate, we take a photo of it closed after the visit and send it to you, so you know the yard is secure before the dogs go back out.
Can I pause my service?
Yes. There is no contract. Send it to us in writing through the client portal or by email at least 48 hours before your next scheduled cleanup so that visit is not charged. Monthly service fees are not refundable, so a mid month cancellation keeps your visits running to the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
One-Time Dog Poop Cleanup
What's the difference between an initial cleanup and a one-time cleanup?
An initial cleanup is the first service visit for new recurring customers and is included in your first invoice (covers up to 30 minutes). A one-time cleanup is for customers who don't want recurring service, just a single visit starting at $105 for the first 60 minutes.
How is a one-time cleanup priced?
It starts at $105 for the first 60 minutes, for a yard up to 1/8 acre. From there it is based on the size of the yard, how many dogs use it and how long it has been since the last cleanup. That is why the quote asks for all three.
Do I pay before or after the visit?
One-time cleanups are prepaid through the secure client portal, so there is nothing to sort out on the day.
Spring Dog Poop Cleanup
When is the right time to book a spring cleanup?
Once the snow has melted enough to see and reach the ground across the yard. Booking early in the season means you get the yard back before the weather is worth using it.
How is a spring cleanup priced?
On yard size and how much has accumulated over the winter. Get in touch with those details and we will quote it.
Can a spring cleanup lead into recurring service?
Yes, and that is the most common thing people do. The cleanup gets the yard to a baseline and a weekly or twice monthly schedule keeps it there.
Commercial Pet Waste Removal
What kinds of properties do you service?
Apartment communities, HOAs, rental properties and dog-friendly facilities with shared outdoor space such as grass, walkways and relief zones.
How does commercial pricing work?
It starts with a free walkthrough where we assess the layout, high-traffic pet areas, waste-station needs and frequency, then build a customized service plan and send a proposal.
Do you maintain waste stations?
Yes. Where a property already has waste stations, upkeep is part of the visit: liners replaced, waste removed and each station inspected.
Are you insured for work on commercial property?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in New Hampshire through Pet Sitters Associates, and our crew works in uniform on site.
HOA Pet Waste Removal
Do you work with homeowner associations?
Yes, we proudly serve HOA communities. We start with a free walkthrough of the common areas, community green space and dog parks, then build a customized service plan on a schedule the community agrees.
Does this cover residents' private yards too?
The community agreement covers the shared areas. Individual homeowners can arrange their own recurring service for their own yard.
Do you maintain waste stations in common areas?
Yes. Where the community has waste stations, every visit includes liner replacement, waste removal and an inspection of the station.
How is HOA service priced?
Custom pricing based on the size of the community and what the common areas need, built from a free walkthrough and a customized service plan.
Dog Facility Waste Removal
How often do you come out to a facility?
It depends on how much the outdoor space is used. We offer weekly, multiple-times-weekly or daily visits, and build the schedule around your facility's needs.
What areas do you cover?
Outdoor dog areas: play areas, exercise yards and relief spots. We cover the whole space on every visit rather than just the areas closest to the door.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Dog daycares, boarding facilities, training facilities and other dog-friendly businesses with outdoor space that dogs use regularly.
How is pricing handled?
Pricing is based on the facility's size and how often you need visits. Contact us and we will put together a plan.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in New Hampshire through Pet Sitters Associates, and our crew works in uniform on site.
Yard Deodorizing Service
Is the deodorizer safe around dogs?
Yes, it is a pet safe treatment, which is the whole point of using it in a yard the dogs live in.
Can I book deodorizing on its own?
It is an add on to a cleanup rather than a standalone visit, because treating a surface before the waste is removed would not achieve much.
Where does it work best?
Patios, artificial turf, kennel runs and high traffic areas. Hard surfaces and synthetic turf hold onto odor far more than soil and grass do.
Service Areas
Which towns do you cover?
Bow, Concord, Hooksett, Londonderry, Penacook, Bedford and Pembroke, New Hampshire.
My town isn't on the list. Can you still help?
Give us a call. If you are close to one of the towns we already run through, it is worth asking rather than assuming the answer is no.
Where are you based?
Bow, New Hampshire. This is a service area business, so we come to you rather than working from a storefront.
Do you charge more further from Bow?
Quotes are based on the yard, the number of dogs and the frequency. Tell us where you are and what you need and we will price it.

“I called to see if they could help me with a tiny yard in very short notice, and they were more accommodating than expected! The price was extremely fair, given the uncommon size yard I have. Communication was great and they really listen to your needs. Not only did they squeeze me into their schedule, they cleaned up my pooper scooper and sent me pictures of where the bag was so I could leave it out for trash day. Thanks again! You guys are great! Highly recommend Savy Poop Pickup!!”

What Makes Us Different
Not every scooping service works the same way.
-
Tools sanitized between every visit
Our scoops and rakes are sanitized with a pet safe, kennel grade disinfectant before they touch the next yard. It is the part nobody sees and the part that keeps whatever is in one yard from ending up in yours.
-
Your waste never leaves your property
Everything we collect is double bagged and placed in your own outdoor trash barrel. Nothing is hauled off site, nothing rides around in a truck, and nothing ends up somewhere you did not agree to.
-
Year round, rain, shine or snow
We scoop through New Hampshire winters, not just the easy months. In snow we take the waste that is visible on top; we do not dig through snow or ice, and anything frozen in waits until it can be removed safely.
